implication and the side effect of the problem finally I found that:-

Dosage:
Males:
15-18 years old: 45-60 mg
19-24 years old: 45-60 mg
25-50 years old: 45-60 mg
more than 50 years old: 45-60 mg

Females:
15-18 years old: 45-60 mg
19-24 years old: 45-60 mg
25-50 years old: 45-60 mg
more than 50 years old: 45-60 mg

Children:
4-6 years old: 40-45 mg
7-10 years old: 40-45 mg

The RDA is 60 mg, per day - yet this amount will only prevent you from picking up scurvy and more recent studies suggest that an intake between 200 - 500 mg per day may be the most beneficial for healthy people.
